The right commonly known as a Subject Access Request is created by section 7 of the Data Protection Act allows each subject (you, the consumer) to see a copy of the information an organisation holds on them.
Lead 365 are a data processor – we do not own nor sell personal information. We have processing agreements in place to ensure your information is handled securely with all relevant compliance checks undertaken between a data controller and a data purchaser.
A key element of how we process information is to screen your phone number against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). The TPS is a free of charge service and a legal requirement that all organisations do not make calls to numbers that are registered, unless they have your specific consent to do so.
